What to send us

Most jobs can be quoted from photos, which saves everyone a visit. The more of this you can give us, the more accurate the number will be and the less chance of it changing later.

1. Your address
   Not to door-knock you — it tells us the block, the likely access and whether we are already working in that street.
2. A photo from the street
   One wide shot showing the whole house or driveway. This tells us size, height and roof material in one go.
3. A close-up of the worst part
   The mouldiest wall, the dirtiest section of roof, the stain you are worried about. This is what decides how much chemical and how many passes.
4. Anything unusual
   Steep or narrow access, solar panels, a pool right under the wall, a nervous dog, old or fragile paint, a tenant in place. None of it is a problem — it just changes the plan.
5. Your deadline, if you have one
   A photographer booked, an inspection, an auction, a repaint scheduled. It changes the order we do things in and whether we can fit you in.

If the property is large or complicated — and a lot of the Chelmer and Graceville places are — we will say we would rather come and look. That visit is free and it is not a sales call.
